- Record-keeping and monitoring requirements
- Seasonal high cold water temperatures
- Flushing methods and temperature testing
Aim of the Awareness Course
The aim of the Legionella Awareness Course is as follows:
To raise awareness of Legionella Control issues
To promote understanding of risks and their control or prevention
To inform delegates of their individual responsibilities
To equip delegates with the necessary information to monitor a site in accordance with the latest government guidance ACOP L8
Throughout the course, we host a number of group discussions in order for delegates to relate knowledge learnt to their own sites and understand best practice. Upon completion of the training course the delegates will be awarded with a certificate.
